◆ SMITS ASIA B.V. is a joint enterprise of the Smits brothers, Jan and Kees, both nurserymen for many years. In the 90's we started importing Asian plants. The increasing demand for these products resulted in establishing this new company. Both our own nurseries will continue to produce the plants that we are known for.

On a regular basis we travel to Asia, where we visit our suppliers, to make a choice out of their products. At the same time we look for new varietys, which may be interesting for the European market. Because of our longstanding and intensive contacts with many Asian producers, we are able to offer plants that meet the European standards.
Producing container grown Magnolia, Acer, Ginkgo and Tree Paeony is another specialism of Smits Asia B.V. For these we use Asian liners as well.
